Be clear and take time out to reflect. Put your thoughts into perspective. Face your reality. Be honest with yourself about who you are and what you’re doing versus who you’d like to be and what you’d like to do. Don’t put on a facade acting, talking and thinking like someone that’s not you. Don’t have your head so far up in the past that you fail to see the blessings coming your way in the present. Be in the present. Enjoy each experience for what it is. Focus on the here and now. Embrace all that is happening. Take life for what it is and if you don’t like it then make changes.

I am an artist, freelance copywriter, and editor from Bronx, New York. I love writing. I have been writing ever since I could remember back with random journal entries and short stories written in school. Ever since then I have gone on to get both my Bachelors and Masters in English, speak presenting research on panels at conferences and share my words at speaking events. I believe that the arts are such an important vehicle since through which one can express themselves and connect to others. Hence why music and other mediums have risen in popularity over time Through communications self expression, a conveying of identity be it for a brand or a single person in addition to a continual sharing of ideas can be made a reality. I enjoy writing on topics such as self love and development. In addition I write on topics pertaining to mental health for millennial on my other blog.
