Set aside time for rest. Get sleep it’s crucial so that your body can regenerate and grow new cells aside from function properly. Work to renew your mind and your spirit. Focus on doing things that can enrich you and elevate you. Do hobbies that you enjoy. Set aside time each night to rest. Take some time out for your day just for you. It’s impossible to keep going and running like an Energizer bunny 24/7 w/o taking breaks. Take breaks once in a while. Remember it’s okay to enjoy your life and live it to the fullest for you. Don’t let another make you feel guilty because you are doing something beneficial to you and you’re working on yourself…
